The Cardiff Half Marathon is now one of Europe’s largest half marathons and is Wales’ largest mass participation and multi-charity fundraising event. It attracts over 27,500 runners alongside world-class athletes!
Its flat, fast course passes all of the city’s most breathtaking scenery and iconic landmarks including Cardiff Castle, the Principality Stadium, Civic Centre and stunning Cardiff Bay.

There are two ways you can join #TeamMND. Register for one of our charity places or join the team with your own place that you've purchased through the event organisers.
Charity places have now sold out. Please join the waiting list to be the first to hear if and when places become available. We also have places in the following Run 4 Wales 10K's; Porthcawl 10K, Cardiff 10K, Cardiff Bay 10K.

You can take part in Cardiff Half with a hand propelled wheelchair. Please contact our Fundraising Team on 01604 611860 or email fundraising@mndassociation.org for further information about how you can register.

Can I take part if i'm under 18?
Yes, you must be 17 years old or over on race day to take part.
