Due to bad weather conditions, unfortuantely the 2024 Great South Run could not go ahead. If you had a place in the event, you will be offered a deferal by the Great Run organisers. Please let us know if you transfer your place to 2025, or if you have any questions.
The flat 10 mile course is an ideal race for all running abilities and perfect for gaining a personal best.
Start and finish on Southsea sea front and enjoy beautiful views of the Solent. It’s a run steeped in history and runners are given special permission to run through Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, home to HMS Victory and the Mary Rose Museum.

Junior and mini events are also avaliable for those under 16.
