My wife died of MND in September 2024 at the age of 61. She was a GP who had to accelerate her retirement when diagnosed at the beginning of 2023. The MNDA helped us with a stairlift and a special chair that was her go to place as her illness cruelly progressed. The MNDA is a lifeline for anyone afflicted with this terrible condition.
